Each piece HH Design House created for Myles and Chris used earthy greens and browns for an organic feel. To "brand" their wedding, Hayley created a scripty MC to represent Myles and Chris. The couple used this monogram throughout their engagement and wedding!
Myles and Chris's save-the-date announcements designed by HH Design House featured a black and white photograph of the couple in a sage green Envelopment. The announcements were sealed with a custom monogrammed sticker!
Invitations to the King-Naso wedding were simply beautiful! Myles chose to send white square invitation with a brown shimmer backer. Myles's and Chris's names were thermographed in Hayley's calligraphy, and each invitation was addressed by hand to match. The return label had the return address monogram printed in brown thermography on the flap.

As guests arrived in Austin, they were greeted with a welcome bag! The bright green bags were imprinted with a brown foil monogram. Each bag was tied with a card in the state of Texas shape and the message "Welcome to Austin"! Inside were goodies found in Austin with a welcome packet created by HH Design House. The welcome packets contained a sweet note from the couple as well as an itinerary for the stay in Austin.
With much anticipation and preparation, the Big Day arrived! Myles and her bridesmaids were so excited! Myles's wedding dress and her bridesmaids dresses all had calligraphied signs by Hayley affixed to their respective hangers to keep them straight.
The ceremony was in the beautiful Smith Family Chapel. "We wanted to be married in a church. We wanted it to be a smaller, more intimate venue, and we wanted a more rustic feel." Family and friends held tri-fold programs designed by HH Design House during the ceremony. Each program featured both the couples's monogram and their calligraphied names in in brown ink matching the invitation.
After the couple said their "I-Do's" they headed to the Barton Creek Resort and Spa for their reception. "Chris had family coming from all
over, so we wanted a place where people could stay and make our wedding weekend
into a vacation. We also wanted a place that would allow us to have a large
dance floor and delicious food. We loved that everyone could have a good time
and then go right up to their room."
The couple danced their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Naso to "It Had to Be You" by Harry Connick Jr. "Chris and I took ballroom dancing lessons and learned the foxtrot." How fun!
Even though the reception was indoors, they brought the outdoor feeling inside. "We had lanterns hanging from the ceiling and ottomans around the dance floor for people to rest their feet . We wanted to have an “indoor garden party” inspired by our time living in California."
Every floral arrangement, table setting, and tablescape Myles created was gorgeous! Escort cards were placed in glass containers with glass bits holding up the cards. Each card was hand written by Hayley in brown ink. Guests found their tables by the looking for table numbers hand calligraphied by Hayley. Menu cards were also hand written by Hayley.
And what about sweets for the sweet couple? "[Our cake] was simple and traditional with flowers on the top. It looked like
bark to match our natural feel." HH Design House also created the signage and packaging for the candy bar which served as the couple's favor.
"My favorite photo from the day is of us dancing on the stage at the end of the reception. It was just us in that moment, and I love that you can see the spotlight and the saxophone player in the background. It was the perfect ending to the perfect day!"
It was wonderful to be able to work with Myles and Chris! We truly enjoyed creating each piece for this couple.
